We believe in the importance of building an inclusive and agile culture which encourages diverse perspectives and inspires people to make new possibilities happen. It underpins our strategy and the success of our business depends on it. This means promoting a culture which encourages our employees to feel empowered to create, innovate and be the best they can be. Through our values, leadership, communications, ways of working and processes we are embedding an agile culture that seeks to make a positive difference.

Employee wellbeing is paramount and we provide resources and support for physical and mental health. It enables us to truly live our purpose of helping people live longer, healthier, happier lives and making a better world.

We also work with communities around the world to connect our people with local causes through our Health Foundations.

Keeping our people and our workplaces safe is always a priority. During the ongoing pandemic, we continued our work to support colleagues with their mental and physical health, as well as navigate what “Hybrid” working has meant for office based roles in Bupa – much of what has been learnt through this period has continued into working practices across the world.
